Why we made Sugar Reset
Rivermark Wellness, LLC is a small company in Asheville, North Carolina. We make one product, we sell it from one website, and we answer our own phone.
It started with a kitchen table
Sugar Reset exists because of a family argument about capsules. One of our founders watched their father collect half finished supplement bottles the way other people collect loose change: bought with real intent in January, abandoned by February, all of them capsules the size of a thumb.
The problem was never belief. He believed in every one of them. The problem was that swallowing four large capsules before breakfast is a chore, and a chore does not survive contact with a normal week. So the brief for Sugar Reset was narrow and slightly stubborn: put the ingredients in a form a 70 year old will still be using in month six.
A liquid answered it. Ten seconds, one dropper, nothing to swallow. We were not the first people to reach that conclusion, but it is the reason the product exists in this form rather than as another bottle of capsules.
What we chose to put in it
We started with chromium picolinate because it is the most established mineral in the blood sugar conversation and the least glamorous. Around it we put five botanicals with long histories of dietary use: gymnema leaf, African mango seed, green tea leaf, maca root and Panax ginseng aerial extract. Six ingredients, no filler list designed to look impressive on a label.
We will be straight about the limitation, because you will find it on our formula page as well: our label does not print milligram amounts. We would rather tell you that in our own words than have you discover it after the parcel arrives.
Why we only sell direct
Selling Sugar Reset on marketplaces would be easier and would sell more bottles. We do not do it for three reasons. Storage is the first: a liquid supplement that has spent a summer in a non climate controlled third party warehouse is not the product we made. Accountability is the second: when someone asks for a refund we want to be the ones who receive that email, not a platform. Price is the third: a marketplace takes its cut from somewhere, and it would come out of the $49 a bottle price on the six pack.

How we make it
Sugar Reset is blended and bottled in the United States in an FDA registered facility that operates to current Good Manufacturing Practice. Each production run is tested by an independent laboratory for ingredient identity, potency, heavy metals and microbial limits before it leaves for our warehouse. We do not name the plant or the laboratory, because contracts change and a name printed today can be wrong in a year.

What we are not
We are not a laboratory and we do not employ doctors. We are a small distribution business that had a product formulated, had it tested, and sells it from one website. When we describe what the ingredients do, we are summarising public research, which is why the formula page carries its sources and links out to federal fact sheets rather than to our own opinion. If you want a second view on whether Sugar Reset suits you, the right person to ask is your own doctor or pharmacist, not us.
