What we collect
When you order Sugar Reset we collect your name, delivery address, email address and phone number, plus the contents and value of the order. We do not collect or store your card number. Payment details go directly to our payment processor over an encrypted connection and are never visible to our staff.
What we collect automatically
Our web server keeps standard logs: IP address, browser type, pages requested and timestamps. These are retained for 90 days and used to keep the site working and to detect abuse. We use a single privacy respecting analytics measurement that records page views without following you across other websites.
Why we hold it
To take payment, pack and ship your order, answer support messages, process refunds and meet the record keeping obligations that apply to a company selling supplements in the United States. That is the complete list of purposes.
Who else sees it
Our payment processor, our fulfilment warehouse and the carrier that delivers your parcel, each receiving only what they need.
