If tracking has not moved for five business days, email [email protected] with your order number. We open a carrier trace, and if the parcel is lost we ship a replacement at our cost rather than making you wait for the claim to resolve.

Parcels go out in a plain corrugated box with a shipping label and nothing else printed on the outside. There is no product name, no supplement wording and no branding on the packaging, which matters to a number of our customers and costs us nothing. Inside, the bottles are wrapped and packed so that glass does not meet glass in transit.

Returns, step by step

1. Write or call. Email [email protected] or call +1 (828) 415-9260 with your order number, any time within 60 days of purchase.
2. We send the return address. Usually the same business day. There is no form, no questionnaire and nobody trying to talk you out of it.
3. Post the bottles back. Opened, part used or empty, all fine. Return postage is at your expense.
4. We refund the product price. To the card you paid with, usually within five business days of the parcel reaching us. The digital guides stay yours.
